Anna Deavere Smith, whose passionate presentation indelibly marked our imaginations at the close of Symposium C6, joins a group of distinguished contributors in the November issue of The Atlantic. In her provocative essay called “Imagination’s End” she warns “we endanger the survival of the American idea by [a] failure of imagination.”
